Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope you love your purchase from Hoppers Jewellers Barnard Castle! But if it’s not quite right, don’t worry - we’re happy to offer you an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items that have been altered or personalised are non-returnable.

All returned items must be unworn, in the original condition, and include all original packaging and labels. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

Send us a quick email at hello@hoppersjewellery.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Returned items must be back with us within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.

Post your return to the address below, making sure to address it to ONLINE RETURNS:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, just to be safe, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep hold of your proof of postage.

Please note: original and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & In-Store Returns

As soon as we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund times can vary depending on your bank, so please allow a little time for it to appear.

Prefer to pop in? You're welcome to return your item(s) in person to our Barnard Castle shop. We’ll follow the same returns process, or if you’d prefer, we can offer you an exchange or a credit note instead.
